Reservations
A major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal is required to book your treatment online. Cash and checks are accepted for the remaining amount due at the spa. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid being charged. You may choose to use a different card at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Still Waters at least 24 hours in advance via the "Contact Us" page, the Still Waters page via Facebook Messenger, or replying to your confirmation email. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total treatment cost. Clients who cancel within 1 hour or miss their appointment without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Lateness
All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for each service. If you are late for your appointment, it may limit the ability to offer the full amount of time needed for your treatment, and the full fee will be charged to you.
Gift Cards
You must present your gift card or gift card code at the time of checkout after your service. The 16 digit code is needed to accept the gift card redemption. I am unable to look up or track past gift card purchases at the spa.
*Gift card purchases are non refundable and expire within 24 months.

Minors
We do perform treatments on minors under the age of 18 with a consent form signed by their guardian. Any child under the age of 16 MUST have a guardian present in the room during their treatment. We do not perform ANY treatments on children under the age of 9.
Rescheduling
If for any reason I am unable to perform your scheduled service, every attempt will be made to reschedule in a timely and efficient manner. This includes personal reasons and situations requiring you to be treated at a different time (cold sore outbreak, recent chemically treated hair, etc.) A 10% discount will be offered if I cancel for personal reasons.
